By accessing and using ThinkFuse.ai (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

By using our Service, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Please review these terms carefully before using our Service.

2. Description of Service

ThinkFuse.ai is a service that helps users overcome information overload by fusing (summarizing) selected videos from their subscribed YouTube channels into concise “Think Cards.” The Service includes features for linking YouTube accounts, filtering videos, creating collections, and generating AI-powered summaries.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account by signing in with your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. YouTube Integration

By linking your YouTube account, you grant ThinkFuse.ai permission to access your YouTube subscriptions and video content for the purpose of providing the Service. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google account settings at https://security.google.com/settings/.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

The summaries generated by the Service (“Think Cards”) are created using AI technology and are provided for your personal use. You retain all rights to your original content, while ThinkFuse.ai retains rights to the AI-generated summaries and the Service itself.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purposes
  • Attempt to reverse engineer the Service
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the Service to generate harmful or misleading content

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via the Service or email. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
